There are several companies that specialize in routes to major tourist attractions. They tend to have less stops and better quality buses. Normal buses make frequent spots and often are overcrowded with standing room only. During rainy season shuttles are highly recommend for long distances. This will avoid having to stand in a crowded bus with all the windows up during the rain.
